An annual event for expectant mothers and parents of infants where they can receive essential baby supplies, resources, and education.
Hunger Free
KS grant
Thanks to K-State Extension we have received funding from the Hunger Free KS grant and have been working on projects within Morris County that relate to improving access to food and resources, as well as reducing food insecurity.


Early Childhood Taskforce
A group of community members who want to improve access to daycare and improve early childhood services within Morris county.

Achieving Our Goals
COMMUNITY HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Completed in 2024, our CHA gathered data to help us understand the health status, needs, strengths, and assets of Chase and Morris counties.
COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN
Based on the results of the 2024 CHA, the CHIP has strategies that community partners can use to improve health outcomes in Chase and Morris counties.
